A lovely spring morning and I found myself at Skitby House near Carlisle. This was for the wedding of Kirsty & Stuart – a lovely and down to earth couple. This was a belissimo package covering from arrivals to first dance as the timings were quite compact so still within the timescales of the wedding package. I arrived a little early to capture some of the rooms and details and also see if I could get some of the groomsmen photography done. Then it was non-stop photography from the arrival of Kirsty in a beautiful white Rolls Royce. We captured the rest of the day and due to the time of year even managed to squeeze some twilight photography before the first dance. This wedding was a joy to be a part of and it was such a versatile and beautiful venue. Skitby House is now in my top wedding venues list. Wedding Photography in Cumbria is as great as ever.
